A valid account must be created in order to use joya09 services. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may create only one account.
• You must provide your real name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Creating more than one account (duplicate accounts) for the same person is prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• If there is any unauthorised access to your account or any security-related issue, notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

joya09 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure safe and responsible service. We may request your national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified period, the account may be temporarily suspended.

joya09 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. By claiming these bonuses, you are considered to have agreed to the associated terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x the bonus amount).

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once per member.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before the bonus wagering requirement is met.
• joya09 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is established, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on joya09 and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to obtain bonuses fraudulently.
• Using automated bots or software for betting or gaming.
• Exploiting any technical error in a game or system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other members, staff, or joya09.
• Attempting to compromise the security or infrastructure of the platform.

6.1 Account Closure

If any of the above activities are established, joya09 may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice and forfeit the associated balance. In cases of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to share information with law enforcement authorities.

joya09 places the highest priority on the security of users' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity technology.

8.1 Data Collection and Use

10.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any matter, please contact our support team in the first instance. We always seek to resolve issues through discussion. Our support team will carry out a proper investigation into your problem and communicate a fair decision.

10.3 Service Outage

The service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. joya09 is not obligated to provide compensation for such outages, but will attempt to give advance notice where possible.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between joya09 and the member and replace all prior oral or written discussions. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
